Kunming, October 21 (China News Network) -- On the evening of the 20th, the large-scale acrobatic stage play "Nie Er" was successfully premiered in the Kunming Hall in Kunming City, Yunnan Province. The play uses an emerging art form, an acrobatic stage play, which vividly interprets Nie Er's revolutionary growth path.

The large-scale acrobatic stage play "Nie Er" takes the life of the people's musician Nie Er as the story model, the story content basically follows the trajectory of Nie Er's life, the repertoire is designed as a sequence and an ending, and the central part is presented as five acts. With a total duration of 90 minutes, the repertoire is mainly based on acrobatic art, integrating magic, burlesque, song and dance, drama and other artistic expressions, while innovating in acrobatic techniques, stage props, music production and other aspects.
During the performance, the audience was attracted by the wonderful acrobatic performances and storylines, and the scene rang out from time to time. At the end of the fifth act, the huge national flag is raised, the national anthem is played, and the audience stands up and sings the national anthem together, and the atmosphere of the scene reaches its climax.
The play was created and produced by Yunnan Acrobatic Troupe Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yunnan Cultural Investment Group, and has been planning and creating since 2019, and finally appeared on the stage to meet the audience after two years of creative polishing. The play invited the domestic first-class repertoire editing and creation team with Dong Zhengzhen as the core of the famous Chinese acrobatic choreographer to tailor-made, and invited the famous composer Zhang Hongguang to compose the music for the repertoire, and the first cooperation between "Dianpai Acrobatics" and the domestic first-class creative team brought great surprises to the audience.
Tao Guoxiang, chairman of Yunnan Cultural Investment Group, introduced that the play praises the patriotic spirit of Nie Er, the composer of the national anthem of the People's Republic of China and the people's musician, in the form of an acrobatic stage play, which is an artistic innovation and a huge challenge; the play integrates acrobatic elements and Nie Er's musical elements, taking into account that acrobatics are a performance method that is close to the general public and the common people, and at the same time, the lively, fashionable and positive elements in acrobatics are in line with Nie Er's character.
Tao Guoxiang said that in the next step, Yunnan Cultural Investment Group will continue to take cultural innovation as the core and create more works that the public needs and the people as the core. (End)
