This time, a tribute to rome's timeless splendor.
Before the START OFFI SPRING/SUMMER 2022 HAUTS COLLECTION LAUNCH, South Korean models Choi So-ra, Shin Hyun-ji and Korean blogger Irene Kim released their own warm-up blockbusters for couture releases. The refreshing hues and sharp silhouettes are Kim Jones' imagination of women's daily routines.
And on the couture stage, how will Kim Jones write his entire vision for FENDI – celebrating the power of women?
This is the first couture show that Kim Jone has produced since he became creative director of FENDI. A number of Italian actors and bloggers have arrived, and the collision of the classicism of the outfield and the futuristic sense of the infield is also revealed in their live pictures.

Walking into the runway, the city's traditional heritage, stately marble architecture, and aesthetic ideas derived from religion are all incorporated into a futuristic framework of exploration.
Kim Jones explains: "When you walk the streets of Rome, it's like going back and forth in different time and space. Our workplaces are modern, but on the way to work we pass countless old historic buildings. The city exudes an elegance that does not pass with time: it seems that there is a historical thread running through it, and at the same time it presents a momentum of forward progress. ”

The silky fabric drapes gracefully from the shimmering body, the slender beads shine brightly, and the hand-embroidered tights look like a second layer of skin. The fairy-like image exudes an otherworldly charm.
Jones pointed out: "The city of Rome has a certain spiritual temperament, which is not entirely derived from religion, but is entangled in a continuous river of history. ”
Sculptural sense
The exposed wall base points to the essence of this season's couture fashion: morphological construction.
Archaeological remains symbolizing old civilization are revealed: volcanic rocks and hematite are inlaid in bags, and natural crystal jade and amethyst shine in jewelry.
The visual language of power runs through it, with warrior-like armor-like jackets made of Persian lamb wool and leather reminiscent of ancient warriors and speeding luxury trains that show the dignity of royalty.
Using a marvelous chiaroscuro technique, classical sculptures outside the Italian Palace of Culture at FENDI headquarters are painted on the surface of short velvet mink leather and velvet;
The carefully photographed image of the costume is artistically depicted as a shadow in the duchess's silk sheer veil, reflecting the light and shade of traditional beads and pearl shells.

Kim Jones' Galactic Sci-Fi Scene Couture collection blends the structure of the city of Rome with futuristic images, combining traditional technology with modern craftsmanship to find the intersection of the past and the present, fendi's Spring/Summer 2022 Haute Couture collection embodies a unique spiritual temperament.
The gorgeous texture of craftsmanship, the solemn style of the ceremony, and the illusion of brilliance like starlight.
Embroidered with miniature sequins, mink fritters and pearls in hot-pressed leather, it echoes the Corinthian relief look.

From the depths of history to the imaginary future, tracing the timeline of Rome, THE FENDI Spring/Summer 2022 Haute Couture collection created by Kim Jones is based on dreams and reality, descending on the present moment of both real and illusory.
