Before I retired, I heard people say that after retirement, I felt very lost, there was nothing at home except three meals a day, taking care of the elderly and children, and a colleague also said: "Where is this life after retirement?!" "Before retiring, I have to write my own debriefing report at the end of each year to summarize the tasks and completion of the year. My time after retirement is relatively relaxed, and most of the time can be at my disposal. Please take a look at my ugly year.
I saw the WeChat advertisement of Dapeng Education Chinese Painting Academy on February 6, 2021, that is, the 25th day of the waxing moon of the Year of Gengzi, and I can learn Chinese painting online. After watching a few free experience lessons, I resolutely officially signed up to study, according to the lunar calendar, today is a whole year. This year I also became a freshman at the University of older years.
This year, in addition to going to other places and taking turns to take care of the three-year-old grandson with his relatives, the remaining time is: steaming dry food with noodles, cooking and washing clothes, cleaning... The rest of the time was almost spent studying Chinese painting.
There are three evenings of formal classes in The study of Chinese painting, each class is two hours, from 7 pm to 9 pm, each lesson is marked as two hours, but the real painting, which class has to be postponed, and sometimes the teacher even needs to talk about painting for nearly three hours. I was hungry to learn! Not only did I listen to the live lectures of my classroom teachers, but I also prepared in advance to listen to the replays of other teachers. I feel that when I was a student, I didn't even work so hard before the college entrance examination.
The most nervous period of time was when the little grandson was not yet in kindergarten, I took him with me, played with him during the day, took care of him to eat and drink Lasa, and put him to sleep at night, and then I went back to listen to the class. At that time, the most complicated painting was the "Qing Offering": a painting had a bottle of plum blossoms on a high stool, a painting jar contained many scrolls and various brushes, two cups of tea, a pot of blooming daffodils, an oil lamp under which there was an open and closed thick line-bound book, and a brush at the bottom on a brick platform, and it was more than two o'clock in the night after the painting was finished. That's how I didn't leave a homework, I was an absolute "good student" in Dapeng and Shouyu joked that I was a "school bully".
This year, not including watching other teachers' replay classes, I formally studied more than 170 lessons, including: Chinese painting introductory Meilan bamboo chrysanthemum, flower and bird special project, landscape special project, character special project, literati painting specialty, copying... Wait a minute. I spent almost all my time watching TV and brushing my mobile phone on chinese painting, and sometimes I would record some of my thoughts and what I wanted to see in writing.
In my Chinese painting study group, some are retirees, some are young people who are working; there are university professors, primary and secondary school teachers, and there are also employees of enterprises. Students come from all over the country and come from all directions. Our class has Qinghai, Gansu, Shaanxi, Guizhou, Hunan, Guangdong, Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shandong Shanxi, Liaoning, Beijing, Hebei henan... We communicate with each other, learn from each other's strengths, encourage each other...
This year, I listened to the landscape classes of Mengke, Zuo An, Cangran, Bo Yun, Sanshi, Zhiqiu and other teachers of dapeng Chinese Painting Academy, listened to the flower and bird lessons of Jiajia, Yuanjiao, Lime, Wenhao, Huafu, Xiuyuan, Yanbei, Zibei, Yuanbai and other teachers, listened to The Character Class of Teacher Yi'an, listened to The Lecture Hall of Chinese Painting of Teacher Wen Qiang, and the Appreciation Class of Chinese Painting of Teacher Laiyun. No matter which teacher is unreservedly imparting their knowledge and giving them everything they have, I admire the erudition of the teachers.
This year, I studied more than 300 large and small works, and from a veritable "little white", I learned that painting should show the six laws of "vivid rhyme, bone pen, object pictogram, color with class, business position, and transfer and imitation". I understood the five elements of using the pen line: flat, round, retained, heavy, and changed; the hook line action: hidden front, back front, slow speed; the line should be remembered: light, suddenly heavy, plucked, picked, and slippery; and the "seven ink methods" were known with ink.
A few days ago, I came across a picture of a lotus flower with broken ink by Mr. Liu Jingyuan, a flower and bird painter, and after seeing the work, Mr. Liu Jingyuan said: "I occasionally saw a painting by a calligraphy and painting lover, and I remembered a famous saying: Calligraphy and painting are not all kung fu. He also praised me to others: "This person has an aura in painting, and he should live up to his talent!" "Mr. Liu only knows that I am a novice in painting, where do I know the basic skills I have done this year!" Mr. Liu Jingyuan is currently a member of the Shanghai Artists Association Haimo Painting Society, a director of the Shanghai Tinghu Ya Society, a painter of the Shanghai Chong'en Calligraphy and Painting Academy, the president of the Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and a senior registered teacher of the Chinese Calligraphers Association.
Generally everyone will have their own hobbies, and will become a persistent person for hobbies. When I was a child, when people were not yet high on bicycles, I used to learn to ride a bicycle, learned to ride a bicycle earlier than girls of the same age, even if I paid the price of a fingernail being smashed; I also used to turn a fat pig into new clothes for the New Year, and I didn't need to be urged by adults at a young age, and in my spare time, I insisted on taking the initiative to get up early and greedily go to the field to pull vegetables and feed pigs; when I was seven years old, I also had two months to watch the carpenter in my house to make furniture for my family, and I often wondered if if I was a boy, would I now be a carpenter...
This year, I became a person who was obsessed with painting again, and now I have the same dream almost every night: there is another painting, where a few more strokes can be added to complete, and when I wake up, I look for that painting, which turned out to be a dream. For this dream, as long as I can get an animation pen in my lifetime, I will continue to paint.
This year, I published nearly 40 articles in the Qilu Evening News, reaching more than 70,000 words, including one article "The Story Behind an Old Photo" that was read more than 1.21 million times, and several articles were read more than 100,000 times each. Another one was included as an excellent essay and published in the Qilu Evening News "Qingquan Record", and two were accepted by the "China Financial Writers Association". Another article was hired and published by the Shandong Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China. More than 10 articles on the public account "Meiban" have been "refined".
Painting or writing are things I did when I retired. I used to be busy with work and allocated too little time to myself, but now I have such a good learning platform, it is too late to learn anything. Classmate Xiaolu said jokingly: "I originally wanted to retire from domestic and foreign tourism, but I couldn't go anywhere in the past two years, so I turned myself into an artist at home!" "So I feel that my time is so precious now, sometimes I have forgotten to eat, drink, sleep, and have cooked the pot three times.
This year, although I was not able to travel to the place of my choice, in the process of painting, my teachers and I followed the ancients to tour the famous mountains and rivers of the motherland and experienced the magic of nature. Follow the Song Dynasty Wang Ximeng on a tour of the "Map of a Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains", carefully tour (copy) Fan Kuan's "Journey map of the Western Mountains", Shen Zhou's "Wei Garden Yaji Map", Wu Zhen's "Fisher Father Map", Shi Tao's "SongfengTang Master Map" and other scenic spots. With Lin Liang, Chen Chun, Ren Bonian, Wu Changshuo, Chen Shizeng, Qi Baishi, Yan Bolong, Zhang Daqian, Chen Banding, Jiang Hanting, Wang Xuetao, Huang Xianwu, Lou Shibai, Huo Chunyang and other flower and bird painting masters wandering in the birds and flowers... Happy every day!
This year is the most fruitful year and the most fulfilling year in the road of life I have traveled. In the words of the old sister painted by Dapeng Yi, "There is no road in vain in life, every step counts!"
