According to the schedule of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, the launching ceremony will be held in the Athletes' Village of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games today, which is a major event of landmark significance for the Beijing Winter Olympics, and the work of the Ice Cube Operation Command Room will arrange two leaders to be on duty.

The main work of the operation command room is to maintain hotline contact with the operation command room set up by the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee and listen to the relevant work scheduling arrangements of the superiors.
