According to Microsoft, the number of users of Microsoft Teams continues to grow, but it is much slower than the first few months of the COVID-19 pandemic. Among daily active users, Microsoft Teams jumped from 75 million in April 2020 to 115 million in October 2020 and to 145 million in April 2021.
Teams' competitors include Slack, which was acquired by Salesforce last year for $27.7 billion, and Zoom, as we know it.
