On January 26, Beijing added five new locally confirmed cases, all in Fengtai District

The Beijing Municipal Health Commission has just released the news that from 0:00 to 24:00 on January 26, there were 5 new locally confirmed cases (including 1 case of an asymptomatic infected person diagnosed on January 22 to a confirmed case, confirmed cases 1 to 4 were reported yesterday), no new suspected cases and asymptomatic infected people; 1 new imported confirmed case and 14 asymptomatic infected people, no new suspected cases.

Home-grown confirmed cases

Confirmed case 1: Currently residing in Yipengyuan Community, Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District. Due to the confirmed cases in the same community, he was quarantined at home as a risk control officer on January 20. On January 25, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on January 26, and the clinical classification was ordinary type.

Confirmed case 2: Currently residing in Beishui Jialun Complex, Huaxiang Street, Fengtai District, working place is Beishui Jialun Building 2. He said that he had repeatedly traveled to the cold storage of No. 8 North Guangyangcheng Street in Changyang Town, Fangshan District to pull goods. On 19 January, close contacts of the confirmed case were transferred to a centralized isolation site. On January 25, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on January 26, and the clinical classification was ordinary type.

Confirmed case 3: Currently living in Wanliuyuan Community, Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District, working in cold storage in the southwest suburbs. On 19 January, close contacts of the confirmed case were transferred to a centralized isolation site. On January 25, the nucleic acid test result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on January 26, and the clinical classification was mild.

Confirmed case 4: Currently residing in Wanfangyuan, Xincun Street, Fengtai District, working in a cold storage in the southwest suburbs. He said that he had eaten at Huaxing Restaurant many times. On January 20, he was quarantined at home as a risk control officer. He reported fever and other symptoms on 23 January, and was positive for nucleic acid test on 25 January, and was transferred to a designated hospital, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case on 26 January with a clinical classification of mild based on the results of his epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests.

Imported confirmed cases from abroad: Russian nationality, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Russia on January 23, after health screening and nucleic acid testing, the customs was sent to the centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management, and on January 26, the nucleic acid test result was positive, transferred to the designated hospital, comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests and other results, diagnosed as a confirmed case on the same day, the clinical classification was mild.

Epidemiological investigations have been carried out on the above-mentioned confirmed cases, and control measures have been implemented as required.
