Ltd. entered into a buyer's order, where the buyer agreed to buy and seller1 agreed to sell a total of 5 Hyundai vehicles for a total consideration of approximately S$490,000.
In addition, between 8 September 2021 and 26 January 2022, Buyer (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a Car Sales Agreement I, Car Sales Agreement II, Car Sales Agreement IV and Car Sale Agreement V with Seller 2 Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd agreeing to sell a total of 19 Mastercard Vehicles for a total consideration of S$1,867,100; and for the period from October 20, 2021 to January 26, 2022, the Buyer (an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) and the Seller 3Eurokars EV Pte. Ltd. entered into a car sales agreement III and a car sales agreement VI whereby the buyer agreed to purchase and the seller 3 agreed to sell three MG cars for a total consideration of S$430,800.
