At the same time, filmmakers have grasped this type of subject matter in a timely manner and created and completed many thrilling and anti-special films. The "Yangcheng Dark Sentinel" that came into being is the most representative of them.

The 1954 writer Chen Renyun also had the status of deputy director of the office of the Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau. The advantage of the near water tower platform gave him the opportunity to attend work, interrogate, and solve cases with public security fighters.

"Lü Bobing, director of the Kuomintang's Field Grain Department, sneaked down in Guangzhou, used fortune telling as a cover, gradually co-opted a group of people, and set up a so-called 'Chinese people's complaint group' in an attempt to smuggle himself into Hong Kong, and then went to the United Nations to complain. Chen Renyun created and completed the film script "Yangcheng Dark Sentinel" based on this real case.
Shanghai Haiyan Film Studio accepted the script of "Yangcheng Dark Whistle", and after thinking about it repeatedly, it gave the filming task to Lu Jue, the director who was also "Lao Guang". Chen Renyun and Lu Yu have known each other in Hong Kong as early as the 1940s and worked together in the "Southern Country" film company.
In 1940, Lu Jue, who wrote well, mistakenly came into contact with movies, making cutscenes, assistant directors, and screenwriters, and it was not until 1957 that he officially began his directing career for the first time.

After repeatedly reading the script, Lu Jue felt that the dramatic conflict was insufficient and the thrilling degree was not enough. The head of the secret service behind the scenes was prematurely exposed and lacked the mysterious color it deserved. So he came to Guangzhou to discuss the problems with the screenwriter Chen Renyun. Chen Renyun recognized Lu Jue's professional insights and entrusted him with full authority to revise them.
2. Public security
Director Lu Jue selected the male protagonist Feng Zhe, they were partners in two Hong Kong films, but Lu Yu is still only an assistant director in "Getting Married" and "Spring Goes East".
Born in Tianjin and whose ancestral home is also Guangdong, Feng Zhe, as always, shows his personal charm on the screen, and he is tall and handsome, who has a different interpretation of this scout image. Feng Zhe not only went down to the grassroots level to experience life, but also visited public security cadres and policemen. Later, people found that the script of "Yangcheng Dark Sentinel" that he used marked a large number of characters with inner reading, behavior and actions, and what scenes were clearly written about what clothes, what ties were worn, and what shoes were worn.
The witty, calm, and brave scout Wang Lian in "Yangcheng Dark Sentinel" has also become one of Feng Zhe's important masterpieces.
3. Secret Agents
The "horse boss" in the film is Lu Bobing in the real event. He is played by Summer. In the summer, he joined the Kuomintang during his studies at the Whampoa Military Academy, and was later expelled from the school for his "left-leaning" remarks, and then was admitted to the National Drama College to start his acting career. This "horse boss" is arrogant and nervous, and is one of the most glorious of the many negative characters in the summer.
