Zhang Yimou, the general director of the opening and closing ceremonies of the Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, served as the official film director of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, Zhang Heping, former president of the Beijing People's Art Theater, served as the head of the official film expert advisory group of the Beijing Winter Olympics, and the famous director Lu Chuan served as the general director of the official film of the Beijing Winter Olympics.

Lu Chuan introduced that the official film of the Beijing Winter Olympics will highlight the main line of "athletes as the center", presenting the whole process of preparations for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics from the two aspects of "Beijing Foundry Arena" and "Athletes Returning to the Arena" after the outbreak of the epidemic, recording how China has faced challenges and resisted pressure under the background of the new crown epidemic, and strived to hand over two excellent answer sheets for Winter Olympic preparations and local development.
