At 11:00 a.m., with the assistance of NOC assistants and others, the Chinese team was sent to the second group of Yanqing Winter Olympic Village. After they come to the village, they will first determine the accommodation location, number of occupants, material needs, etc. of the team, so as to prepare for the official opening of the village delegation "large troops" to the competition area.

Up to now, all the service guarantees in the Winter Olympic Village are in place, the equipment and facilities are in good working condition, and the operation team will do its best to provide a safe, comfortable and warm athletes' home for the upcoming athletes.
Today, the first meeting of the leaders of the Beijing Winter Olympic delegation was held at the same time. The regular meeting of the heads of delegations is one of the most important meetings held by the Organizing Committee during the operation stage of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the only official meeting held regularly between the participating delegations and the Organizing Committee during the Games, and also an important platform for the Organizing Committee, the International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee to convey information to the delegation, listen to the opinions and suggestions of the delegations on the work of the Organizing Committee during the operation of the Games and the Organizing Committee and solve problems quickly.
At the meeting, Yang Shu'an, vice chairman of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, extended a warm welcome to the delegations, the IOC updated the epidemic prevention policy, the opening ceremony flag bearer and other relevant information, and the participants of the national (regional) Olympic Committees raised questions in the business areas of arrival and departure, logistics, transportation, sports, venue management and so on.
