Doing yoga to be given first aid, what kind of people need attention?

Today I saw a news: Ms. Li from Guangzhou, because of yoga induced renal hamartoma rupture, transferred to the ICU for treatment. After a week of treatment, Ms. Li's condition was controlled, and her vital signs gradually stabilized, and she was transferred back to the general ward for continued treatment. There were also news reports before that a woman in Hangzhou was pregnant without knowing that she had a renal hamartoma, pregnancy combined with renal hamartoma, in the third trimester, the renal hamartoma rupture and bleeding, life-threatening, fortunately she was immediately sent to the hospital, saving the baby and her own life.

Renal hamartoma, also known as simple renal angiomyolioma, is one of the more common benign tumors of the kidney, accounting for about 3% of kidney tumors, common in middle-aged women aged 40-60 years, and its male-female ratio is about 1:2.254. Renal hamartomas are mostly clinically asymptomatic and are mostly found during physical examination; after the tumor grows to a certain extent, the mass can be reached, compressive pain occurs, and it is also prone to bleeding in the tumor. The diagnosis of renal hamartomas can be made by ultrasonography and CT. When renal hamartoma ruptures and bleeds, patients may be accompanied by symptoms of varying degrees of low back pain, nausea and vomiting, hematuria, and shock.

Renal hamartomas may rupture spontaneously after they become larger, and data have shown that when renal hamartomas are larger than 4 cm, the sensitivity and specificity of the risk of rupture are 95% and 75%, respectively. In addition, renal hamartomas may also rupture due to external impacts or squeezes, so people with renal hamartomas should try to avoid some exercises that increase abdominal pressure.
