Tramway News: On January 24, geely automobile port stock exchange announced that the joint venture company established by Geely and Lifan Technology has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures and obtained a business license issued by the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, China, named Chongqing Ruilan Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ruilan Automobile").
The announcement shows that Ruilan Automobile will launch a variety of power form products in the future. Based on self-developed power exchange technology, Ruilan Automobile is committed to creating an intelligent power exchange ecology and providing competitive power exchange products and services for the market.
According to relevant reports in December 2021, the joint venture company jointly invested by Lifan Technology and Geely Automobile Holdings has a registered capital of RMB 600 million, the company invests RMB 300 million in monetary funds, with a shareholding ratio of 50%, and Geely Automobile invests RMB300 million in the form of monetary funds, with a shareholding ratio of 50%.
The joint venture between Geely and Lifan mainly provides a complete set of solutions for B-end and C-end users, including power exchange products and power exchange services. Geely and Lifan joint venture will adopt the GBRC platform (Global Battery Rapid Change), which has strong compatibility and can adapt to a wide wheelbase range of 2700~3100mm, covering many categories such as cars, SUVs, MPVs and even logistics vehicles and light trucks, to meet the needs of different markets such as online car-hailing, private car, taxi, logistics vehicle and so on. The joint venture plans to build more than 5,000 high-speed substations by 2025, covering more than 100 core cities, in addition to launching a new power exchange brand and launching the "Awakening Freedom Force 2022" global name campaign for the tram replacement system.

According to the planning of both sides, the future "power exchange" service will not only be "power exchange", but also include the "vehicle power separation" management mode and ecological layout of vehicle battery operation, decommissioned battery energy storage and utilization, and scrap battery regeneration.
