Shenzhen Mandarin Oriental Hotel opened, refreshing the brand height

Narada was acquired for 140 million yuan
On January 21, SSAW Boutique Hotel announced that it plans to acquire 79% of the equity of Zhejiang Narada Management Co., Ltd., 70% of the equity of Jinglan Hotel Investment Management Co., Ltd. and the "Narada" series of trademarks for 140 million yuan.
SSAW Boutique Hotel will acquire more than 255 hotels in the joint venture between Narada and Jinglan, and after the completion of the acquisition, the size of Ssaw Wagon Hotels will jump to more than 300.
