The iDPBG Business Group also announced on the 20th that during the Spring Festival, left-behind employees will be awarded attendance incentive bonuses up to a maximum of 3,000 yuan.

Since the launch of the iPhone 13 series, the market sales have been successful, and Foxconn has repeatedly offered high signing bonuses since 2021 to encourage employees to stay in their jobs, and launched a series of measures to expand talent recruitment. Another production site, the Shenzhen plant, has also expanded its recruitment of 200,000 assembly line employees since October 2021 to cope with the huge shipment volume.
