Incident: Kidney bleeding into the ICU after doing yoga at home

Ms. Li, 48 years old, continued swelling pain in her left lower back and left abdomen after doing yoga tablet exercises at home on January 12, and did not relieve her medication by taking her own medication, so she went to the local hospital the next day. Liu Cundong introduced that the main cause of kidney rupture and bleeding like Ms. Li in the clinic is benign kidney tumors, most of which are caused by renal hamartoma (renal vascular leiomyolioma) and renal cyst rupture, and there are no symptoms before the onset of the disease, once ruptured is an emergency, very dangerous.

Liu Cundong suggested that when the annual physical examination, the kidney B ultrasound must not be missed, and some patients who are often treated clinically are because they never check for the kidney, and they do not know that the kidney has hamartoma or kidney cyst, and when the tumor slowly grows into a time bomb in the body, there is a risk of rupture at any time, which is life-threatening. Some people physical examination if they find that they have kidney tumors do not think that there are no symptoms, do not pay attention to the size and growth rate of the tumor, kidney tumors under 4 cm can be temporarily ignored for regular review, larger than 4 cm require surgical intervention (spontaneous bleeding is more likely).
