"The metacosm is a parallel, independent virtual world on the cloud, and the time dimension is as real as the real world, but the metacosm has no physical space of its own." Li Wanyi, member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and producer of the Pearl River Economic Broadcasting Frequency of Guangdong Radio and Television Station, first "popularized" the concept of the meta-universe. She believes that the metacosm is the inevitable future development of mankind.
"From an economic point of view, consumption related to spirituality, entertainment and so on, has created new venues and new logic in the virtual world. From the social level, the family and organization as the unit represent the group construction of the real society, and the blockchain community as the unit represents the new structure of the individual group of the virtual society. From the institutional level, the new forces of the Internet have broken the social wealth distribution mechanism, and virtual wealth will replace traditional wealth and redistribute. From the human level, the development of the virtual world and the real world is a new narrative of the value of life. ”
Member Li Wanyi suggested that the government do a good job in two aspects: First, support enterprises to explore new technologies and new formats in the field of digital economy, carry out research and development of the basic core technology capabilities of the underlying core technology of the meta-universe, and platformize, generalize, and engineer relevant technologies; second, strengthen risk research and judgment, establish a supporting legal and regulatory system, and escort the rational development of meta-universe technology.

"Three years of elevated work, seven years of architecture, and ten years of delivering takeaways are a true portrayal of the survival crisis of some elderly Internet employees." Liang Qi, a member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a professor at the School of Management of Sun Yat-sen University, believes that Internet talent resources, like water resources, have the phenomenon of shortage of talents and waste of talents.
The construction of digital government is actively promoted throughout the country, but most grass-roots governments face the problems of few professional talents and weak technical strength, and there is a general lack of compound talents who understand both Internet technology and are familiar with administrative management. In addition, the demand for talents in the industrial Internet is more shortage, and the gap of professional talents who understand both IT and industry and manufacturing has become one of the important factors restricting the innovation and development of the industrial Internet in the mainland. But on the other hand, Internet talents are seriously "surplus" to some extent, and if they do not enter the management or expert team of enterprises after the age of 35, they face the risk of being laid off, and it is difficult to play their own strengths in re-employment, resulting in a huge waste of resources.
Committee member Liang Qi suggested that government departments actively create conditions to hire experienced Internet talents to participate in the construction of government networks and form an auxiliary team for network construction; give play to the guiding role of the government, rely on colleges and universities to build an industrial Internet continuing education platform, carry out targeted training of professional and technical personnel, and enhance the adaptability of traditional Internet talents; encourage traditional enterprises and Internet platform enterprises to share talents, and constantly absorb a team of Internet employees who understand both the digital economy and technology and production and manufacturing. Solve the dilemma of reemployment of Internet talents and empower the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Chen Riyuan, a member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a professor at South China Agricultural University, said that only under the unique natural ecological environment and historical and cultural conditions, the unique and high-quality agricultural products produced and processed in a specific way can be named by regional names.
Member Chen Riyuan held that geographical indications of agricultural products are connected to the "vegetable baskets" and "fruit plates" of urban residents at one end and the "money bags" of rural peasants at the other. Guangdong has 153 geographical indication agricultural products, ranking third in the country, but compared with other provinces, the awareness rate of geographical indication agricultural products in Guangdong Province outside the province is not high enough, and the sales volume is not large enough.
Member Chen Riyuan suggested that we make good use of the Guangdong consumer assistance series of activity platforms to run the Greater Bay Area International Geographical Indication Products Trade Expo well, increase the intensity of activities, and enhance the effectiveness of promotion. In addition, give full play to the advantages of Guangdong's overseas Chinese, increase the promotion of Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand, the ten ASEAN countries and the EU market, so that Guangdong's geographical indication agricultural products can "go out" to conquer the taste buds of the people of the world.
The most worrying thing: the power of science and technology and capital power have not effectively helped the cultural industry
"There are more than 40,000 signed online authors, women's clothing anchors in Dongguan account for 60% of the country, e-sports industry occupies 92% of the country's market share, and the online game industry has an income of more than 170 billion yuan, ranking first in the country... Guangdong has a solid foundation and a broad market in new cultural formats. Lin Junmin, member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the Guangdong Writers Association, said bluntly: Most of the new cultural industries are decoupled from Guangdong's local content, and the content reflecting Guangdong's customs, humanistic spirit, urban culture, reform and opening up and other themes is small and has no influence; the integration ability of the industry is weak, and Guangdong's scientific and technological strength and capital power have not effectively helped the cultural industry.
Committee member Lin Junmin suggested that government departments integrate the scientific and technological, financial, and media forces in the province to form a unified engine to boost the content industry; increase support for cultural talents, pay special attention to cross-field talents, and make greater efforts to retain local talents and attract foreign talents; set up funds and awards to guide and help with honors to make Guangdong's cultural talents and cultural products stand out.
Most concerned: to provide "Guangdong experience" for the revitalization of rural areas across the country
"Although Guangdong is not a major grain producing province, many agricultural products and processed products are among the best in China, and the agricultural foundation is better." If we make scientific use of land resources and vigorously develop modern agriculture, we can greatly increase the production capacity of grain and agricultural products in Guangdong Province. Nian Hai, a member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a professor at South China Agricultural University, called for the scientific use of land resources to improve grain production capacity.
Committee member Nian Hai suggested that the current situation of land use and pollution be investigated and verified, and that land that is not suitable as a functional area for grain production should be readjusted and revised in a timely manner. As soon as possible, measures for the protection of functional areas of grain production should be introduced, and specific measures should be formulated to revitalize wasteland, increase the index of replanting, and stabilize the area and output of grain cultivation. Explore the feasibility of establishing a compensation mechanism for grain production interests between developed areas and the northeastern and western regions of Guangdong.
Member Nian Hai also suggested that the collective right to control land be given prominence, and at the same time supporting the corresponding land circulation and secondary and tertiary industry construction land support policies, scientifically utilize land resources, and provide "Guangdong experience" for the revitalization of rural areas throughout the country.
