Shangkun Real Estate repurchased US$6 million of senior notes due 2022 and remitted the funds to be repaid in full

Opinion Network News: On January 21, Shangkun Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. issued an announcement that it would buy back and remit funds to repay the 12.75% senior notes due in 2022.

Viewpoint New Media learned that on January 20, Shangkun Real Estate repurchased 2022 notes with a total principal amount of US$6 million. In addition, the Company has remitted all necessary funds to the relevant bond repayment account on the same day to repay all outstanding 2022 notes and accrued interest on the 2022 notes due date (i.e. 21 January 2022) and there are no outstanding 2022 notes after the relevant repayment.

It is also reported that on January 20, Shangkun Property Group Limited announced that the US$6 million 13.5% senior notes due 2023 will be listed and traded on January 21, and will be merged with the US$139 million senior notes due 2023 issued on January 3, 2022 to form a single series.
