On January 18, the police of the Taipingzhuang Police Station of the Daoli Branch of the Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau discovered during their patrol that the offender Wang Moucheng had illegally sold fireworks and firecrackers on the Majiatun Set in Xianfa Village, Taiping Town, and in order to attract passengers, he openly set off fireworks and firecrackers in front of the market stall, and the police immediately summoned him to the police station in accordance with the law and punished him with administrative detention in accordance with the law.
