President Wu Yongjun said that the internal management of enterprises is very important, and only by managing the internal management of enterprises can we effectively reduce the possibility of contradictions and disputes, which coincides with the connotation of the court's litigation source governance work. In the next stage, the court will continue to promote the incorporation of the Civil Code into enterprise activities, and through "private customization", do a good job of popularizing the law to the management and employees of the enterprise, further promote the standardized management within the enterprise, and open up a new channel for the governance of the source of litigation.
After the meeting, President Wu Yongjun presented the "White Paper on the Trial of Sale and Purchase Contract Disputes of the Qidong Municipal People's Court (2019-2021)" to the heads of the two enterprises.
