Recently, the Jin'an District Procuratorate received a letter of commendation from the Fuzhou Municipal Procuratorate. In recent years, the Third Procuratorial Department has been effective and successful in its professional work. In October 2019, the Jin'an District Procuratorate successfully completed the internal institutional reform, merging the former Criminal Enforcement Procuratorate Bureau and the Job-related Crimes Procuratorate Department and officially renaming it the Third Procuratorate Department.
The Third Procuratorial Department not only undertakes the functions of the former Criminal Enforcement Procuratorate Bureau and the Procuratorial Department for Crimes Abusing Public Office, but also undertakes the filing and investigation of 14 criminal cases directly accepted by the people's procuratorate at a higher level. In order to adapt to the characteristics of the investigation and handling of judicial personnel related job-related crimes under the new situation, under the great attention and strong leadership of the party group of the procuratorate, the third procuratorial department has set up a job-related crime investigation and case handling team - a self-investigation team, and built a "chess game" case handling model in which cadres and policemen of the whole hospital can deploy and supplement the self-investigation team at any time. The team members, from the "post-60s" to the "post-90s", spanned four age groups, from the professional experts in procuratorial case handling to the judicial police with skilled investigation skills, everyone had a clear division of labor, coordinated cooperation, and formed a strong joint force for the investigation and handling of job-related crimes.

The Third Procuratorial Department actively updated the concept of supervision, actively integrated into the overall anti-corruption pattern, and solidly promoted the investigation and handling of judicial personnel related job-related crimes steadily improved. In 2021, a total of 10 clues were completed, various types of evidence were collected 18 times, and 11 clues of various types were transferred to higher courts and district supervisory commissions.
