Modern football is expensive, and many world-class talented footballers make a fortune through their salaries and endorsement contracts.
But despite all this wealth, many great footballers end up earning far less than they deserve. This could be due to the club's financial situation or simply because the club signed a long-term contract very early.

5. Gosons – £22,000 a week

The 24-year-old Teeo has yet to reach his peak, but he has worked hard for himself, scoring his debut for the national team with his older brother Lucas Hernandez.
He's one of the best full-backs in attack lately, and Theo is known for his ability to run with the ball and bomb forward. He contributed seven assists and four goals in just 24 games, which once again shows how good he is in attack.
Given his low salary at Milan, many European teams will see him as an excellent option.
3. Saka – £30,000 a week
The Premier League has cumulatively been the richest league in the world, and Arsenal are one of the richest clubs. The Gunners may have been underperforming on the court lately, but they have a billionaire owner who can spend a lot of money when needed.
But this is not the case with Saka, whose salary is rather low compared to many of his compatriots, and Saka's income stands in stark contrast to what he has achieved.
Saka is still a few years away from his peak, but he is already a starter at the Emirates Stadium, he can play in several positions on the left and perform well both offensively and defensively.

Mendy has been in perfect shape since the beginning of last year and the arrival of Tuchel has changed the fate of Chelsea, in which Mendy has played an important role.
