Wang Xu, a reporter from the Oriental Network, reported on January 20: The Sixth Session of the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress opened this morning, and Mayor Gong Zheng made a report on the work of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. The report pointed out that in 2021, Shanghai will continue to strengthen the government's own construction, the reform of "decentralization and management of services" will be deepened, and the construction of a rule-of-law government will step onto a new level.

Looking back at the past year, Shanghai has completed the task of optimizing the business environment version 4.0 reform, carried out the pilot project of "one industry and one certificate", and the reform of "separation of licenses and licenses" covers all business licensing matters related to enterprises. The government requested the Municipal People's Congress and its Standing Committee to deliberate on 19 local regulations, handled 1,052 suggestions from the Municipal People's Congress deputies and 937 proposals from the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, and took the lead in implementing the catalogue management of major administrative decision-making matters.
