Simply put, the money should have been transferred to the buyer to the trading center, and then from the exchange center to the seller. Now the buyer transfers it to Zhang Yujie, and after he embezzles it, he will let the trading center transfer an additional sum of money to the seller.
The buyer's money did not hit the company account from start to finish. He then issued a fictitious escrow voucher by himself, stamped with the company's stamp. Therefore, this certificate is valid in the eyes of the real estate agent, so it is natural to think that it is true. The housing agent should deliver the house, and the contract should be fulfilled.
The whole process, the home buyer, the agent does not seem to suffer. Only the company suffered. He stands boldly here. Whether it is a real estate company or an engineering project, the capital turnover often has to be turned several rounds. In order to make more money, some companies open a lot of leather bag companies to create the illusion of surging cash flow. Therefore, when the intermediary finds the company to settle the bill, the company will lose a sum of money, and the lost money will go to Zhang Yujie's pocket.
According to Zhang Yujie, after a while, he and his girlfriend broke up because of too much money, and it may be that his girlfriend felt that this model was not safe enough to escape.
But he fell in love again at public expense. This time, he became a broad boy, and his mouth was "I will buy you a house." Once people become greedy, they become miserly. For buying a house, he couldn't be clearer, other buyers are signing, money goes out, the house is in hand.
After doing this, he found a new way.
He used his girlfriend's name to open a fake voucher of 3.9 million, and then he canceled the purchase process. It is reasonable to say that the company will return 3.9 million to his girlfriend with vouchers. Because his voucher is fake, all the money before and after, including the handling fee, is actually borne by the company for him.
So he fell in love from buying a house to paying, the whole process did not spend a penny of his own, can be called a typical example of public funds to fall in love, in just four years, he concocted nearly 400 such "transactions", and finally illegal profits of nearly 70 million yuan.
"Sky-high" game cards
Zhang Yujie took advantage of his position to buy a house in the name of his new girlfriend Zhou X, and without paying the purchase price, issued a false Chuzhou Stock Housing Transaction Fund Custody Voucher, and purchased a house worth 2.6 million yuan from the name of the seller Fan X.
Afterwards, Zhang Yujie's unit paid 2.6 million yuan to Fan Based on the false voucher issued by Zhang Yujie, and Zhang Yujie successfully embezzled another escrow fund.
Zhang Yujie's stolen goods were auctioned off
Zhang Yujie's ambitions are getting bigger and bigger, how can a house be enough, he turned his target to cash. So in February 2019, Zhang Yujie once again purchased a house in the Shancheng Community of Xiangsheng Yijing, Chuzhou City, in the name of his new girlfriend Zhou Moumou, worth 3.9 million yuan.
Through the same means, in the end, Zhang Yujie's unit paid the 3.9 million yuan purchase fee based on false vouchers. In March, Zhang Yujie canceled the 3.9 million yuan home purchase process. Due to the termination of the purchase transaction, the custody of funds was lifted. 3.9 million yuan in cash was transferred from the unit account to the bank account of Zhang Yujie's girlfriend Zhou Moumou. 2.9 million houses, 3.9 million cash, a total of 6.8 million yuan.
Speaking of cash withdrawal, between December 2016 and February 2017, Zhang Yujie took advantage of his position to replace the actual funds that should be recorded in the account by repeatedly printing the POS machine collection voucher after receiving the escrow funds for the stock housing transaction, so as not to pay the funds into the unit account, embezzle the escrow funds and obtain 545,000 yuan in cash for himself.
