On January 19, our county held an industrial development and enterprise hometown return to the hometown entrepreneurship conference. Zhang Hanzhi, secretary of the county party committee, pointed out at the meeting that in recent years, especially since last year, our county has adhered to the new development concept as the guide, the supply-side structural reform as the main line, strengthened the innovation drive, deepened the structural adjustment, accelerated the pace of industrial transformation and upgrading, continuously enhanced the ability of scientific and technological innovation, steadily improved the efficiency of enterprises, and stepped onto a new level of comprehensive strength. In the first 11 months of 2021, the county's industrial investment reached 11.07 billion yuan, an increase of 6.2% year-on-year, accounting for 51.1% of the investment in fixed assets; the added value of the regulated industry increased by 9.2%, and the added value of high-tech industries accounted for 40.7% of the industrial added value of the regulations. However, there are still problems in our county such as the overall level is not high enough, there are not enough leading enterprises, the innovation ability is not strong enough, the tax source contribution is not large enough, and the project is not fast enough.

On the next step of work, Zhang Hanzhi stressed that we must adhere to the problem-oriented approach and promote innovation and industrial "two integration". It is necessary to put innovation-driven at the logical starting point of industrial development, adhere to the deployment of innovation chains around the industrial chain, and adhere to the layout of the industrial chain around the innovation chain.
