HBO's epic blockbuster "Game of Thrones" lasted eight seasons, lasted several years to shoot, the scenes in the film are grand, the storyline is complex, the characters are numerous, the relationships between the characters are complex, the plot is ups and downs, gripping, and the viewing of the drama is fascinating and evocative.
Second, Game of Thrones is a fantasy legend. I think this drama can be set as a genre of fantasy legendary costume dramas. There are many mysterious scenes in the play, for example, when the three-pterosaur appears, the scene, flying, spitting flames, especially in the final season, the Night King pilots the resurrected ghostly pterosaur, spewing out ghostly blue flames, destroying the decaying ground, instantly making the Millennium Great Wall collapse and disappear. The scene is grand and stunning. There are also scenes, such as those in which the woman in the red robe appears, which are also accompanied by many novel illusions, such as the black ghost crawling out of her belly when she is born in the cave with the help of the Onion Knight, which is a very frightening fantasy.
Third, the whole film is brilliantly shown in terms of the design and special effects of the fantasy scenes. There are many remarkable places in the whole film, but there is a scene that makes me very sorry, I think it should be here, and adding some mysterious elements will make the film more infectious. This is the plot of Snow's resurrection. At that time, Snow was rebelled by some night watchmen, several knives in the body, and fell in the snow to die, the Onion Knight carried Snow into the room and asked the red-robed woman to cast a spell to resurrect him. The whole plot is shown here as it moves forward, only to see the red-robed woman constantly chanting a spell, throwing Snow's hair into the fire to summon the Lord of Light to revive Snow. Here, only the two display props of fire and ice wolf are used in the film to show Snow's resurrection from the side. I think the degree of brilliance here is lacking, slightly bland, and when Snow is about to be resurrected, the director only uses the subtle reaction of the ice wolf to indirectly show the change in Snow's vital signs, and when this scene is performed, I personally feel that it is slightly thin.
Fourth, I have some personal views on the design of Snow's resurrection of this episode. If, in this clip, add some light and shadow features for rendering, first the candles in the room are all extinguished, and then suddenly all light up, indicating the recurrence of life, and then add some background music, the rhythm of the music changes from slow calm to urgent and then to the tense tune change to set off the atmosphere background, to highlight the process of Snow's rebirth from death. The scene I imagined was this: at first, Snow was shrouded in a black mist, without any sign of life, the red-robed woman was constantly casting spells, cutting his hair, and as she chanted the spell, the black mist around Snow gradually turned into a bright color and turned into a halo, wrapping it, his body gradually floated and hung in the air with the effect of the spell, the blood veins around him added some cartoon light and shadow effects, the light and shadow of his blood veins began to flow, and there were constantly colorful lights and shadows around him, and constantly expanding and contracting. As if life was about to break the firefly again, and so on, as the red-robed female spell reached its climax, the background music also reached its climax, and suddenly the entire fog that wrapped Snow burst out into an incomparably brilliant aura, at which time Snow suddenly opened her eyes and returned to the human world...
In summary, the above is just my personal imagination and some views, just to expound some of my own experience and views of watching the drama, but also some superficial personal imagination, but also more thinking and further excavation.
