Of course, these are not enough, to exercise more, we two skinny bone rack, going to the gym is humiliating, but running and walking or something is still feasible.

Good habits are contagious, and so are bad habits, so for a long time, I was assimilated.

This time I made up my mind, just to walk the dog, so I found a fixed route, went down together, started a small walk, and when they were halfway through, they cut a short road and turned back, I began to run, draw a big circle, and meet at the door of the community.
