Christie's Shanghai and London announced the upcoming 20th and 21st Century Art Week in March, and for the first time established an artistic dialogue between Shanghai and London through joint auctions.
The "Art of the Twentieth and Twenty-first Centuries: Shanghai-London Joint Auction" series will open on 1 March, led by "Art of the Twentieth and Twenty-first Centuries: Shanghai Evening Sale", followed by "Art of the Twentieth and Twenty-First Centuries: London Evening Sale" and "Surrealist Art Evening Sale".
