Tongliao City (Mongolia G), tongliao means to open a vast city? I guess it's not as simple as I understand it! It is said that Tongliao City was originally called not Tongliao City, it was called Zhelimu League. In Tongliao, there are 5 railway interchanges in Jingtong, Tongrang, Dazheng, Tonghuo and Jitong, and the "Tongman-Europe" international freight train has been opened. Is that why it's called Tongliao?
