According to Cambodia's Cambodian China Daily, on January 18, local time, the Cambodian Ministry of Labor issued a notice saying that from January, the Ministry will stop issuing a monthly bailout of $40 to workers under employment contracts in the textile, clothing, footwear, tourism products and luggage industries.

The circular pointed out that based on the efficient epidemic prevention efficiency of factories and enterprises, many factories and enterprises have returned to normal, and all workers have returned to work.

It is reported that employment contract workers in the tourism sector will still receive bailouts from the government until the sector improves. (Kobayashi)
