Harbin, January 19 (Jiao Lingling, reporter Jiang Hui) On the 19th, the Heilongjiang Meteorological Service Center produced and released the 2021 annual weather inventory of Heilongjiang Province. The lowest temperature in Huzhong District of Daxing'anling was -47 °C, which was elected as the extremely cold city of 2021; the minimum temperature in the Xinlin District of Daxing'anling in 72 hours dropped from -13.4 °C to -38 °C, becoming the city of "crazy cooling" in 2021.

In 2021, due to the influence of cold air, the temperature in Heilongjiang Province continued to decline in January, and in late December, there was an abnormally cold winter event, and the minimum temperature in many places exceeded the historical extreme. The top 10 regions in Heilongjiang Province for the lowest daily temperature extremes this year were: Huzhong (-47°C), Mohe (-46.2°C), Xinlin (-45.6°C), Huma (-45.3°C), Arctic Village (-45.2°C), Jiayin (-44.4°C), Tahe (-44.2°C), Wucui (-43.6°C), Fuyuan (-43.4°C) and Fenglin (-43°C). Among them, 6 regions in the Daxinganling region made the list and won the top 5, while Yichun and Jiamusi had 3 and 1 region on the list, respectively.

In mid-to-late July 2021, Heilongjiang Province continued to have high temperatures, with an average maximum temperature of 30.7 °C, 3.6 °C higher than usual, reaching the first place in the same period of history. Among them, the maximum daily temperature in Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Harbin and Yichun areas exceeded 30 °C for many consecutive days. The top 10 regions in Heilongjiang Province for the highest daily temperature extremes this year were: Tonghe (37.6 °C), Mudanjiang (37.1 °C), Dongning (37 °C), Muling (36.8 °C), Jixi (36.3 °C), Raohe River (36.1 °C), Ning'an (36 °C), Mishan (36.3 °C) and Hailin (37.1 °C). The maximum daily temperature in the regions selected as the top ten furnace cities exceeds 35 °C, and all of them are located in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province.

In the early spring of 2021, heilongjiang province experienced widespread rain, snow and wind, and frequent blizzards. After the winter, there have been many large-scale blizzards in the province, and the rain and snow process is wide-ranging, intense, long-lasting, and the precipitation phase is complex, which has adversely affected transportation, agriculture and people's lives. The top five regions in Heilongjiang Province for the largest annual snowfall this year were: Jiamusi, Yichun, Jiayin, Fenglin and Shuangyashan. With an annual snowfall of 73.4 mm, Jiamusi was elected to the top of the annual Syracuse list, and the other four regions also received more than 60 mm of annual snowfall.

From January to April 2021, due to the influence of cold air, Heilongjiang Province has experienced cold wave weather many times. From February 12 to 15 and March 4 to 6, 58 and 70 cities and counties in the province dropped by more than 8 °C in 48 hours, and the 48-hour cooling in some areas reached more than 18 °C. In 2021, the top five regions in Heilongjiang Province with the largest cooling range of 72-hour minimum temperature were Xinlin, Mohe, Wudalianchi, Tahe and Mulan. The 72-hour minimum temperature drop in these areas exceeds 20 °C, which can be described as a cliff-like decline. Among them, the minimum temperature of Xinlin dropped from -13.4 °C to -38 °C from -13.4 °C on February 12 to 15, 2021, and the cooling range reached 24.6 °C, becoming the annual "crazy cooling" city.
