China FAW unveils a new corporate logo and aims to sell 4.1 million vehicles in 2022

Blue Whale Automobile, January 20, a few days ago, China FAW director, general manager, deputy secretary of the party committee Qiu Xiandong released the overall business target of China FAW in 2022, the annual plan to sell 4.1 million vehicles, an increase of 17.1%; operating income of 770 billion yuan, an increase of 8.9%; market share of 15%; R & D investment intensity of more than 3%, and strive to reach 3.5%, independent brands reached about 8%.

Qiu Xiandong also highlighted the key work tasks. The first is to take the development of the "red flag" as the benchmark. In the past four years, the Fawright Fawong brand of China has achieved a 63-fold increase from more than 4,700 vehicles sold annually to 300,000 vehicles per year. The second is to take brand building as the guide. The third is user-centric. The fourth is to take comprehensive innovation as the main line. Fifth, we should do a good job in the "four major battles."

At the same time, Qiu Xiandong released the new corporate logo of China FAW. According to reports, the number "1" of China FAW New Enterprise Identification Center represents the development vision of China FAW to build a world-class automobile enterprise and the enterprise spirit of pursuing the first; the main Chinese character "automobile" represents the mission of China FAW based on the main business and bravely undertakes the mission of opening up a new road for the innovation and development of China's automobile industry in the new era; the word "automobile" constitutes the form of an eagle with wings spreading, marking that China FAW is full of positive and enterprising strength. The wings of "Eagle" in the new corporate logo are abstracted into two letters E, representing Environment and Enjoy respectively, implying that China FAW is committed to green, low-carbon, energy-saving and environmental protection, striving to provide users with "wonderful travel, beautiful life", and creating a world-class, environmentally friendly (green low (zero) carbon), consumer-loved mobility service company vision.

It is reported that in 2021, 3.5 million vehicles will be sold; operating income will be 707 billion yuan, an increase of 1.4% year-on-year. The total investment in research and development was 21.42 billion yuan, an increase of 3.9% year-on-year, accounting for 3% of revenue; 63 key core technology breakthroughs were made, and 4,757 patent applications were completed.
