Huan Jianghong pointed out that all levels and departments should further improve their political standing, firmly take Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization as the fundamental observance and action guide, firmly establish the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", support the "two establishments", achieve "two maintenance", fully understand the extreme importance of ecological environmental protection, continuously enhance ideological consciousness, political consciousness, action consciousness and work consciousness, adhere to the prevention and control of pollution on the one hand, grasp the green and low-carbon transformation and development on the other, continue to exert efforts, and make long-term achievements. Huan Jianghong demanded that we should firmly grasp the rectification and reform of outstanding environmental protection problems, benchmark the list of feedback problems from environmental protection inspectors at all levels, classify and accurately implement policies for the rectification tasks involved in our county, and strictly require the adoption of the "list system, responsibility system, and sales number system" to promote rectification and reform, normalize "special reports" and "look back", learn from each other, treat both symptoms and root causes, solve problems from the root causes, continue to consolidate the results of rectification and reform, and prevent problems from recurring.
