Biography
Yang Guogu, chief nurse of the operating room of Xincai Tong'an Hospital, graduated from Zhumadian Huanghuai College College in 2006 and interned in Zhumadian Central Hospital. After participating in the work, he has successively won the honorary titles of "Advanced Individual of the Unit, Expert of Innovative Technology, Expert of Skill Operation, Excellent Communist Party Member, Outstanding Communist Party Member of Zhumadian Health Technicians, and Advanced Individual of Dahe Medical Group". I have been engaged in nursing management in the operating room, and studied in Luohe People's Hospital in 2007 and esophageal cancer specialist surgery in Linzhou People's Hospital in 2010. Since Yang Guogu joined the China Bone Marrow Bank on May 15, 2012, he has successfully matched the bone marrow of leukemia patients three times in 2015, 2016 and 2018, and the first two times have lost the opportunity to help others because of the reasons of the recipient. On March 26, 2019, he successfully donated hematopoietic stem cells for the third time, realizing his wish to save people.

In 2012, Yang Guogu joined the "Chinese Bone Marrow Bank" through the Red Cross Society, and was honored to become a member of the Chinese Bone Marrow Bank. In 2015, 2017 and 2018, he matched hematopoietic stem cells with leukemia patients three times, and successfully completed the "hematopoietic stem cell" donation for an 8-year-old leukemia child treated in Shanghai in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, on March 26, 2019, thus re-emerging the child. After donating hematopoietic stem cells, he has always been busy with clinical frontline work while his body is recovering well.
