The Criminal Law Amendment (XI) deletes the terms "knowingly being" and "assisting" in the original law, and includes "self-laundering" in the form of money laundering offences. Therefore, the money laundering act carried out by the predicate criminals themselves, that is, "self-laundering", is also established, which is also due to the need to combat such crimes and the governance of crimes.
