Through offline discussion + online interaction, more than 1,000 people from various street offices, district units, four functional areas, and import and export processing trade enterprises in Chengyang District participated in the meeting through online and offline methods.

"In the face of the world's unprecedented changes in a century and the epidemic of the century, this free trade zone covering one-third of the world's population, the largest economic and trade scale and the most potential for development has officially opened, which is a new milestone in East Asia's regional economic integration." Park Zhigang, director of the China-Japan-Rok Collaborative Development Promotion Center in Chengyang District, said in his speech that Chengyang is located at an important junction connecting Japan and South Korea in the east and Shanghai in the west, with the natural genes and traditional advantages of opening up to the outside world, and in the context of regional economic integration, 2022 coincides with the favorable opportunity of the 50th anniversary of the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, and a number of strategic opportunities are superimposed. How Chengyang District seizes the opportunity to participate in the application of RCEP-related policies with a more open attitude is the key that the government and enterprises should think about and explore together.
Zhen Kaibao, assistant general manager of Qingdao Tianan Cyber City Co., Ltd., said in his speech that after the RCEP takes effect, the trade creation effect and trade transfer effect brought about by the implementation of the unified rules will further strengthen the resilience of the industrial chain and supply chain in the region, optimize the import and export trade structure, and financial service system. Next, Qingdao Tian'an Cyber City continued to innovate the operation and service model, continued to integrate the resources of various economic factors to efficiently empower enterprises to multiply and develop, leverage the huge trade creativity contained in the effectiveness of RCEP with large operational ideas, bring multiple positive effects to the quality upgrading of the urban industrial chain, supply chain and value chain, stimulate market vitality, and promote multi-dimensional, deep-level and precise exchanges and cooperation between Qingdao and the domestic and international markets to open a new chapter.
On January 1 this year, the world-renowned RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) officially entered into force. More than 90% of the trade in goods will eventually achieve zero tariffs, which will undoubtedly bring great convenience to producers and consumers in the region, but there are also problems that enterprises cannot eat thoroughly and inaccurately, do not use and insufficient use of policies.
At this event, Lv Guanghui, director of the Asia-Pacific Division of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and Sun Yuchun, deputy director of the Foreign Trade Department, answered a number of questions raised by enterprises participating online through the official Douyin of Fengkou Finance. Wei Qi, deputy chief of the Origin Section of Qingdao Dagang Customs, and Sun Ning, deputy section chief of the Enterprise Management Section of Qingdao Dagang Customs in Chengyang District, made a detailed interpretation and "targeted" recommendation for the participating enterprises around the RCEP agreement and rules of origin, and the practice of processing trade business of enterprises.
"This policy interpretation training will be very timely, we are a foreign trade enterprise that imports chemical products and film and exports packaging products, and our customers are mainly RCEP member countries." RCEP has just come into effect, and we do have a lot of policy that we don't understand, and this policy training has been very helpful to us. Zhengxin Yueying business manager said.
