According to Hunan Red Network news, on the morning of January 19, the fifth session of the 12th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee held its second plenary meeting. The meeting elected Wu Lan and Huang Lanxiang as vice chairmen of the 12th Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
Wu Lan, female, Mongolian, born in November 1962, once served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee, vice chairman of the Autonomous Regional Government, member of the Standing Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, and was transferred to the deputy secretary of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee in 2016.
Huang Lanxiang, female, born in February 1962, was formerly a member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and the director of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee.
