Ran Wanxiang, born in September 1963, served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee, the director of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee, and in 2018, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and the director of the United Front Work Department.
Gao Zhili, born in October 1962, has successively served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, the director of the United Front Work Department, the standing committee member of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, and the secretary general.
Zhang Gujiang, born in March 1963, was the secretary of the Xingtai Municipal Party Committee, the vice governor of Hebei Province, and in 2020, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Tangshan Municipal Party Committee.
