After investigation, Sun Bo violated political discipline by colluding in confessions and resisting organizational scrutiny; violating the spirit of the Eight Provisions of the Central Committee by using public buses for private use; violating organizational discipline by taking advantage of his authority and the influence of his position to seek personnel benefits for others; violating honesty and discipline by running business and running enterprises in violation of regulations; taking advantage of his position and the convenient conditions formed by his authority or position to seek benefits for others in contracting engineering projects, examining and approving detailed planning procedures, and illegally accepting huge sums of money and property from others, and was suspected of accepting bribes.
