The Germans built a signal station in Qingdao, and now it is a rotating observation deck, and the top of the mountain rotates overlooking the city of Qingdao. Building One is the Revolving Observation Building, Building Two is the Leisure Hall, and Building Three is the Microwave Station of the Post and Telecommunications Bureau. In Building 1, there is a revolving viewing hall where visitors can enjoy afternoon tea while overlooking the city at a 360-degree perspective. The rotating observation deck rotates every 20 minutes, allowing visitors to enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Qingdao from the inside.
