On the night of October 26, 2001, this day was a day that will never be forgotten for the villagers of Yuci Dayukou Village in Shanxi Province, and the whole village fell into great fear. Gunshots rang out and the village dogs kept barking. The villagers hid in their homes and did not dare to go out, not knowing which house the gunshots would ring next.
The sound of gunfire was intermittent, and the villagers were very nervous. It was not until two or three o'clock in the morning of the 27th that the gunfire ended. After dawn the next day, it seemed that everything was quiet. However, there were 14 more graves, as well as 3 injured people.
What the hell happened that night?
A village bully with a violent personality, no one dares to mess with him
Everything has to start with a man named Hu Wenhai, that is, the "demon" arrested by the police at the beginning of the article.
Hu Wenhai was arrested
Hu Wenhai was born in Dayukou Village in November 1954 and is a native of Yuci. Since childhood, his personality has been more grumpy, and the friends who play with him are afraid and frightened, and dare not provoke him to be angry. First, because Hu Wenhai was short-tempered and blind, he would definitely be retaliated against, and second, because the Hu family was a big family in the village, and ordinary villagers did not dare to offend their family.

"The financial road was cut off" and resented the villagers
Shanxi is a famous coal-producing province in the mainland, and its territory is rich in mineral resources. It is understood that the mineral resources of Jinzhong City are also very rich and varied, especially coal, which is the dominant mineral species in the local area. At the end of the last century, the mainland vigorously developed industry, and the demand for coal increased geometrically. Moreover, some villagers paid a higher price than him, and Hu Gensheng gave Liu Haisheng the contracting right of the Dayukou Coal Mine.
Seeing that the fat meat of the mouth flew, Hu Wenhai found Hu Gensheng and insisted on continuing to contract the Dayukou coal mine at the original price. Hu Gensheng did not promise him, and from then on, he remembered and hated this person, believing that he had obstructed him and that he had lost the qualification to contract coal mines. "One day we will make Hu Gensheng pay the price for this," Hu Wenhai thought in his heart.
In 1999, Jia Runquan, the manager of the town's supply and marketing company, approached Hu Wenhai and said that the Dayukou Coal Mine had underreported coal production, underpaid management fees, and evaded taxes by 1 million yuan, and wanted to go to the Anti-Corruption Bureau to report these violations. A crazy night
In October 2001, Hu Wenhai began preparing for his own "Demon Action". First, he bought two fake IDs to use when he intended to escape. He caused Liu Haiwang to stab Hu Gensheng, and then without hesitation, fired a shot at Hu Gensheng. Arrest and arrest
Dayukou Village lost 14 people overnight, and 3 people were seriously injured, plus during the "strike hard" period, Jinzhong City attached great importance to it, and the relevant departments demanded that the murderer be caught in the fastest time to avoid more people being killed. Before Ji Jintang's wife died, she wrote the words "Wenhai harms people" on the wall with blood. On the 27th, Hu Wenhai was captured. He did not repent, saying that "he is doing harm to the people, and there is nothing wrong with getting rid of corrupt officials." Liu Haiwang and Hu Qinghai, who escaped, were also arrested by the police. In court, he also insisted he was not wrong. On December 25 of the same year, the Jinzhong Intermediate People's Court sentenced Hu Wenhai and Liu Haiwang to death, deprived them of their political rights for life, and sentenced Hu Qinghai to life imprisonment.
The three were not satisfied with the court's judgment and appealed, which was rejected by the Shanxi Provincial High People's Court. On January 25, 2002, Yuci publicly tried Hu Wenhai and executed Hu Wenhai and Liu Haiwang at 10:30.
The demon was able to subdue the Fa, and the villagers of Dayukou breathed a sigh of relief.
