The case of Lin Ping, former deputy secretary of the party leading group and deputy chief procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Nagqu City, Tibet Autonomous Region,on suspicion of accepting bribes was investigated by the Nagqu City Supervision Commission and transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution. Upon designation of jurisdiction by the Tibet Autonomous Region People's Procuratorate, the Lhasa Municipal People's Procuratorate is to review and prosecute. A few days ago, the Lhasa Municipal People's Procuratorate made a decision to arrest Lin Ping on suspicion of accepting bribes in accordance with the law. The case is under further processing.
