Huang Jinbo also said that the mobile phone client of the third-party website and the ticket snatching software used by the purchasing website have problems such as ticket sales delays, excessive refund and change fees, leakage of personal information, and slow refunds, and he suggested that passengers should look for the 12306 official website or mobile App when purchasing train tickets.
