In December last year, a cluster of epidemics occurred in Shangyu, which had a great impact on the production of enterprises. Here is an industrial town with an annual output value of more than 100 billion yuan, fine chemicals, machinery and equipment, medicine and other industries are clustered and developed, and there are 765 enterprises on the regulations, including many leading enterprises in the industry.

Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co., Ltd., located in the Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hangzhou Bay, is a dye production enterprise, accounting for nearly 21% of the global market share and associated with tens of thousands of downstream enterprises. During the epidemic last year, the company's monthly production capacity of more than 20,000 tons of dyes became zero.

The epidemic has interrupted logistics, raw materials cannot come in, and inventory cannot go out. Ye Weichang, a member of the Party Committee of Longsheng Group, said frankly that the end of the year is the peak season for production and marketing, and every day during the epidemic is suffering. With the support of provincial, municipal and district governments, the company resumed work and production at the end of December last year, and nearly 5,000 employees of more than 10 production entities under it basically all arrived at work, and logistics, production capacity and orders all returned to pre-epidemic levels.

Wu Xiaofen, from Nanjiang, Sichuan, is an employee of Longsheng Group, and she responded to the initiative not to return to her hometown during the Spring Festival this year. In addition to enjoying the 1,000 yuan red envelope issued by the government, she can also get about 2,000 yuan of New Year's rewards and subsidies distributed by the company. In addition, considering the relative difficulties of her family, the company's trade union gave another 1,000 yuan subsidy, and reported it to the government department as an employee who was in difficulty outside the province, and could also enjoy a certain amount of subsidy.

In order to grab the time and make up for the previous order gap, Shangyu government-enterprise linkage advocates employees to celebrate the New Year on the spot. From the perspective of employees' interests, they not only distribute red envelopes, New Year gift packages and other benefits, but also create a strong New Year atmosphere.

Zhejiang Yantu Co., Ltd. is one of the leading enterprises in the production of dyes and dye intermediates, and currently has more than 5,000 employees in Shangyu, including more than 3,000 employees from other provinces. After investigation, about 60% of employees from other provinces are willing to stay in enterprises for the New Year. Xu Jun, deputy general manager of the company, said that after the Spring Festival, non-local employees who stayed in Yu for the New Year would be arranged to take a vacation at the wrong peak, encourage their families to come to Yu for reunion, and subsidize round-trip transportation costs.

The reporter learned that since December last year, Shangyu has issued a number of documents to support the orderly resumption of work of enterprises, the retention of human resources in Yu and the stabilization of posts, and the expansion of foreign trade exports. For example, the local government is carrying out four sets of team leaders research visits, 100 directors of the top 100 enterprises, 100 special services for cadres stationed in enterprises and other activities to help enterprises "open the door"; the introduction of eight measures to retain workers and stabilize posts, including 1,000 yuan per person for employees outside the city who stay in yu from January 26 to February 10 of relevant enterprises; and 1,000-2,000 yuan per person to employees participating in vocational skills level training of enterprises.

Hengan Group is a leading enterprise of household paper in China, and its products are sold at home and abroad. Affected by the epidemic in December last year, 100 million yuan of orders from enterprises could not be shipped in time, and overseas orders for exports to Europe were once shelved due to the epidemic. At present, the company has fully resumed production and is sprinting to the spring festival sales season: in the first quarter of 2022, it strives to complete 28% of the annual sales, and the revenue is expected to increase by 38% year-on-year.

Wu Wenquan, general manager of Hengan (Zhejiang) Household Necessities Co., Ltd., introduced that the company has taken a series of measures to encourage employees to celebrate the New Year on the spot. In addition to the 1,000 yuan red envelope rewarded by the government, the enterprise adds another 2,000 yuan red packet, counting 3 times the overtime wage, and each left-behind employee can increase the income of 5,000 yuan during the Spring Festival holiday.

"In order to reassure employees about the New Year, we also encourage non-local employees to bring their families to the New Year, and the food, accommodation and travel expenses are all inclusive." Wu Wenquan said that most of the company's employees come from Yunnan, Guizhou, Henan and other provinces, and the company also arranges employees to visit relatives with paid leave after the Spring Festival to avoid the crowded Spring Festival and reduce the risk of epidemic transmission.
