After deducting non-recurring profit and loss items, Dongfeng Technology's performance is expected to increase by about 13.77 million yuan, an increase of about 8% year-on-year.

Dongfeng Technology said that the main reasons for the pre-increase in the performance of the current period are: (1) the impact of enterprise mergers under the same control. In 2021, the company completed a major asset restructuring, the Dongfeng Fuji Thomson Thermostat Co., Ltd., Shanghai Dongsen Real Estate Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Faurecia (Xiangyang) Exhaust System Co., Ltd. into the scope of the merger, the above three companies from January to August 2021 net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company of about 18.09 million yuan, according to the rules included in the non-recurring profit and loss.
