Jiwei Network News (Wen/Chen Wei) On April 30, Bird released the first quarter report of 2022, saying that the company's Q1 operating income was 129 million yuan, down 40.56% year-on-year; the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was 5.5294 million yuan, an increase of 75.79% year-on-year; and the net profit loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 3.1504 million yuan.

Bird said that in recent years, the proportion of smart phones in the Chinese market has become saturated, consumer demand for new mobile phones has slowed down, domestic smart phone shipments have declined year after year, while the market share of 5G mobile phones has been expanding, and 5G mobile phones have gradually become mainstream. With the gradual promotion of 5G communication technology standards, a large number of new technologies, new materials and even the application of "black technology", the entire mobile phone market has become a competitive battlefield between a small number of industry giants with strong research and development strength, strong brand appeal, and international market development capabilities, and a large number of small and medium-sized manufacturers have been completely marginalized.
