The drill simulated pipeline maintenance workers illegally using fires in the field to heat and accidentally cause forest fires as a background. The drills were carried out sequentially in the order of response from enterprises, streets, counties, and cities, and the main drills were information receiving, early warning and initiation of responses, response expansion, on-site command, team assembly, fire investigation, fire fighting tactics, medical rescue, and fire monitoring.
At the drill site, the fire was in a "one" shape in a north-south direction, accompanied by steep slopes and cliffs, cliffs and shrubs, close to the industrial park plant, the north end was less than 1,000 meters away from the oil depot, the stock of gasoline was 100 tons, and the oil depot was around 30 meters of combustible materials; at the south end, there were nearly 1,000 acres of rare forest trees and cypress trees, and the fire spread rapidly and the situation was critical.
After receiving the disaster situation, the Municipal Forest Defense Command immediately dispatched the Municipal Fire Rescue Detachment to dispatch 12 vehicles and 60 people from the forest fire fighting professional team to mobilize combat units such as communication command, reconnaissance and fire extinguishing, long-range water supply, and combat support to the fire site for reinforcements. After the fire rescue force arrived at the scene, it immediately used the communication command vehicle to establish a forward combat headquarters on the left side of the rostrum, set up a light satellite portable station, and established a communication network; and used multi-functional handheld infrared telescopes, unmanned aerial vehicles, portable weather monitors and other equipment to survey the fire situation and provide a basis for the deployment of forces on the spot. Firefighters at the scene use foam fire extinguishing devices, wind fire extinguishers, portable water cannons, remote water supply and other professional equipment to control the surrounding fire in an orderly manner, effectively curb the spread of fire to the gas station, and organize oil tankers to transfer oil to the reservoir to ensure safety. After the fire stabilized, it adopted the quick-fix tactic of "multi-point breakthrough and sectional encirclement and annihilation", and used the tactics of "starting the fire" with high-power equipment, "extinguishing the open flame" with small flow equipment, and "clearing the embers" with portable equipment, and launched a fierce attack along the line of fire in the direction of the head of the fire.
According to the situation of fire spread, the fire department for the first time used fire extinguishing robots, lifting jet vehicles, remote water supply systems, Lusenbauer FOX4 mobile pumps, unmanned aerial vehicles high-altitude reconnaissance and other high-precision fire fighting equipment to participate in the forest fire fighting drill and play an important role, technical prevention, prevention and fire fighting capabilities have been effectively improved, and the forest "firewall" has been comprehensively built.
It is understood that the units participating in the drill included more than 300 people from 22 units and departments in cities and counties, and effectively tempered the team in the simulated real fire field. Bazhong is the center of the national forest ecosystem and a national key forest area, with a forest area of 11.63 million mu and a forest coverage rate of 63%.
