Therefore, the cemetery is getting bigger and bigger, the funeral is more and more, and there is never a shortage of tomb robbers, so preventing theft has become the biggest problem.
For thousands of years, they have fought against tomb robbers, or set up heavy organs in the cemetery, or hidden cemeteries so that people cannot find it, or cursed, made up stories so that superstitious people dare not touch, the best anti-theft work is Qin Shi Huang and Wu Zetian, they lie there quietly, and they are still well preserved.
Of course, no anti-theft method can stop thieves from improving their lives, so most ancient tombs cannot escape the fate of theft. Even if they could exist to this day, they would not be able to stop archaeologists from longing for ancient history. In the 1950s, an ancient tomb was discovered during construction at a construction site in Xi'an. The archaeologists arrived soon. After investigation, this is an ancient Sui Dynasty tomb. There are holes in the tomb, high in size and well preserved. There are a large number of burial objects in the tomb, which are very valuable. After identifying the epitaph, it was determined that the owner of the tomb was Li Jingxun of the Sui Dynasty. Unfortunately, the princess died at the age of nine.
Li Jingxun has an outstanding family background. His grandfather, Li Chong, was a well-known general who followed Yang Jian in fighting the world. He was a founding official of the Sui Dynasty. His father, Li Min, married Yang Jian's granddaughter and became a blood relation to the emperor. After Li Jingxun was born, she was very popular with her grandmother Yang Lihua. Yang Lihua was the eldest daughter of Yang Jian, Empress Yuwen Yun of the Northern Zhou Xuan Emperor, who later became empress dowager, then empress dowager, and was named Princess Leping during the Sui Dynasty. Because of Yang Lihua's love for Li Jingxun, she grew up in the palace since she was a child.
Unfortunately, Li Jingxun died at the age of 9, which made Yang Lihua very sad and decided to bury her granddaughter, so the cemetery of this 9-year-old girl will have such high standards. Li Jingxun's cemetery has more than 230 tombs. Thanks to this girl, there are many necklaces and rings inlaid with gemstones, as well as many exquisite ceramics, pottery, jade and gold and silver vessels from Persia, all of which are of great value.
Of course, Yang Lihua also did some work to prevent theft. Even archaeologists were shocked. Originally, Li Jingxun's sarcophagus was marked with the words "Open the sarcophagus to die" with a blood clot next to it. Obviously, this is a curse they deliberately made. In order to prevent accidents, archaeologists only took away other burial items around the grave and decided not to open the museum now.
Of course, people's thirst for knowledge is endless. After full preparation, Li Jingxun's sarcophagus has been opened. Next to the small bones are a lot of curiosities. I really have to thank those brave people for breaking the curse of the millennium and bringing these treasures back to life.
