The 3rd Spring Poetry Festival and the 10th Lotus Dian Literature Award Ceremony in our city were successfully held

On January 17th, the "Power of Literature" Baoding City's 3rd (16th Municipal Writers Association) Spring Poetry Festival and the 10th Lotus Dian Literature Award Ceremony were successfully held in the studio of Baoding Radio and Television Station.

This poetry meeting is one of the series of activities of "Cultural Baoding Enjoy Life" Baoding City Theme Culture Benefiting the People Season, sponsored by the Publicity Department of Baoding Municipal Party Committee, Baoding Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature, Baoding Radio and Television Station, Baoding Daily Newspaper, Tang Yao New Media, Baoding Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, and hosted by Baoding Writers Association.

The Spring Festival Poetry Festival is an annual literary event in the literary circles of our city, and it is also a cultural brand activity with literary creation as the main body in our city. This Spring Festival poetry meeting will feel the "power of literature" in the course of reviewing literary years, reading centuries of classics, and reciting new chapters of literature, showing the glorious past of the Baoding writers group and the confidence and determination to recast the glory of the Baoding writers group.

A century of classics inspire future generations, striding forward in a new era. The whole poetry meeting is divided into three movements, the first movement is a hundred-year classic, selecting the representative works of Baoding writers such as Sun Li, Liang Bin, Xu Guangyao, Li Yingru, Tie Ning and other famous artists, these works condense the humanistic characteristics of Baoding area, timeless and profound, leading contemporary Baoding writers all the way forward; the second movement is a hundred-year ode, selecting contemporary Baoding writers' works, showing the century-old continuity of Baoding's literary vein, and the inheritance of literary creation traditions from generation to generation; the third movement has a century-long outlook, members of the presidium of the Municipal Writers Association, directors, The representatives of the writers collectively recited the golden sentences of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the opening ceremony of the Eleventh National Congress of the China Federation of Literary and Literary Circles and the Tenth National Congress of the China Writers Association. Literary workers in Baoding City swore an oath to practice General Secretary Xi Jinping's entrustment to literary and art workers in their creation and work, unite as one, work tenaciously and work together to recast the glory of Baoding writers. The documentary "Flowers of Literary and Artistic Volunteers Bloom on the Land of Baoding" was also broadcast during the live broadcast.

The poetry club also presented the 10th Lotus Dian Literature Award and Special Contribution Award, and 27 writers in our city won the award. Since 2012, the Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature and the Municipal Writers Association have established the Lotus Dian Literature Award, and in 2019, the Lotus Dian Literature Award and Special Contribution Award have been added.
