Previously, the Watson Institute of International and Public Affairs of Brown University in the United States released a report pointing out that the CIA (referred to as the CIA) set up "black prisons" in many parts of the world, and many detainees were tortured and abused without trial; later, a Danish documentary revealed that the CIA had secretly carried out horrific human experiments in an attempt to manipulate the human mind. Recently, the CIA has been pushed to the forefront of public opinion because of a series of scandals. The United States, which has always advocated the supremacy of "human rights," has once again been severely punched in the face.
Do you think the CIA is just, as Pompeo, who was the director of the CIA, described it, "we lie, we cheat, we steal"? The fact is not so simple, from the day the CIA was born, it was labeled "conspiracy", "mysterious", "shady", and committed many countless crimes.
01 Abuse of Detainees: A "Scientific Interrogation"
After 9/11, the C.I.A.'s reach spread rapidly around the world. In the name of "counter-terrorism", they have repeatedly authorized and expanded their powers, wantonly committed human rights violations at home and abroad, and repeatedly broken through the bottom line of morality and law.
After the Abu Greib prison abuse incident broke out in 2004, under the pressure and demands of strong international public opinion, the US Senate Intelligence Committee was forced to investigate the torture of suspects in "black jails" around the world to extract confessions. However, the results of this investigation were delayed in being released, and finally chose to make it public in the context of the intensification of conflict between the two parties in the United States in 2014. The public version reduced the original 6,700-page report to a 525-page summary, but even so, a large amount of text was scrawled out to cover up the CIA's invisibility.
The report shows that these "black jails" are spread across more than 50 countries around the world, and the CIA uses the so-called "scientific interrogation" as a pretext to torture detainees at will, including sleep deprivation, enemas, ice baths, waterboarding, and threats to harm detainees' families. According to reports, some people have been subjected to 183 waterboarding and forced to confess false charges under the double physical and psychological torture; some have been detained for 47 days and tortured by various forms of torture until they are insane; some have been deprived of sleep for 180 hours, and then starved and frozen to the toilet; some have died of hypothermia in torture...
The US Government, which has always regarded itself as the "world's human rights judge," issues a so-called "country-specific human rights report" every year, making wild accusations and making comments on the human rights situation in many countries and regions in the world. As everyone knows, torture, ill-treatment of detainees, and bullying are a permanent stain on the human rights issue in the United States. This is not only a trampling on the spirit of human rule of law and a poison to the international rule of law environment, but also an extreme satire on American values. I don't know how US politicians feel when they look at the bloody human rights violation records written by their own hands.
To this day, many of the "black jails" in the United States around the world have not been closed, and the atrocities of the CIA have not been curtailed in the slightest. The US side has never apologized or compensated for the inhumane crime of abusing prisoners, and the vast majority of those who have been tortured have not received due punishment and punishment.

02 Brain control experiment: Extend the black claw to innocent civilians
Recently, a documentary "Finding Yourself" broadcast by the Danish Broadcasting Corporation revealed the "black history" of the CIA's secret funding of a human experiment in the 1960s. In this decades-long human experiment, more than 300 Danish children were unknowingly used as subjects to schizophrenic studies. In fact, this shocking children's experiment is just the tip of the iceberg of human experimentation in the United States.
After the end of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, the US Government was deeply worried about the situation in which some soldiers showed sympathy for the "enemy army" and even began to publicize the benefits of communism. Alan Dulles, then director of the CIA, argued that communist countries, especially the Soviet Union, a superpower hostile to the United States at the time, could have carried out a terrible "brainwashing" of American soldiers. Americans believe that brain control technology has great potential to control human minds, train spies to effectively obtain intelligence and resist detection in other countries. To this end, the CIA secretly carried out an experimental project at home and abroad to control the human brain, the "MKUltra Project".

It is said that the "MKUltra Project" contains more than 100 human experiments, and various biological agents that paralyze the brain nerves have been abused, and the cruelty of the means is terrifying. The CIA extended its black hand to innocent civilians in society, spending a lot of money to provide colorless, odorless, odorless, but effective LSD hallucinogens to unsuspecting mentally ill patients, prisoners, prostitutes, drug addicts, and even ordinary people. In addition, the researchers involved in the experiment will also be regarded as secret subjects of the CIA. Some of the subjects had amnesia, some had become vegetative, and even if someone did confess, the authenticity of the testimony could not be verified.
To cover up the crime, the CIA ordered the destruction of most of the relevant reports and materials, thinking that this heinous secret experiment could quietly withdraw from the stage of history. But that silence was shattered by a 1974 New York Times report that the CIA had fed LSD hallucinogens to unsuspecting people in multiple areas. For a time, the CIA was strongly condemned by international public opinion, but even so, the personnel involved in the "MKUltra project" were still not punished.
Exactly how many people were tortured and how many people died in this inhumane experiment is now impossible to confirm. But are the sins of human experimentation created by the CIA merely a thing of the past? Obviously not! More than 200 biological laboratories in the United States are located around the world, and Ukrainian political parties have long accused the United States of conducting human experiments in Ukraine. How many other sins of the United States in this regard have not been exposed? The possible hidden circumstances behind this are extremely frightening to ponder.
03 Subverting regimes in other countries: The style of doing things is full of Cold War overtones
The CIA is also a good hand at subverting the regimes of other countries and undermining regional stability. The CIA supports proxies everywhere and sells "peaceful evolution", and Afghanistan's long years of turmoil are inseparable from the CIA's activities. This so-called "intelligence agency" not only single-handedly ran the elections in Afghanistan, but also bribed land snakes and raised warlords to do things for themselves, perfectly illustrating the unscrupulous and reckless behavior of the United States.
The CIA was born during the Cold War and acted in a Cold War style. Under the banner of "democracy" and "freedom," they always engage in such unseemly activities as trampling on the sovereignty of other countries and subverting the regimes of other countries. In the eyes of the CIA, there is only one criterion for all actions, that is, whether it is in the interests of the US government, not what kind of government the other side is, and it has nothing to do with the so-called "democracy" and "freedom".

During the Iran-Iraq War, in the name of "peace," the CIA demanded that the United Nations General Assembly impose an arms embargo on Iran and Iraq, but behind the scenes, it shipped batches of arms to the two sides of the exchange, making the arms dealers a windfall.
In 2003, the United States openly swindled in international occasions, and this "famous scene" has been well known to the public in recent years: then-US Secretary of State Powell took out a test tube filled with white powder at the meeting of the United Nations Security Council, vowed that it was a "weapon of mass destruction" that Iraq was developing, and used this as a military strike against Iraq, causing hundreds of thousands of casualties and more than 1 million people homeless. However, it turned out that the so-called intelligence of the US side was fabricated by the CIA.
In 2018, the United States launched airstrikes against Syria on the grounds that "Syrian government forces use chemical weapons against the people", causing thousands of innocent civilian casualties and displacement. But later, evidence of the Alleged Syrian government's use of chemical weapons turned out to be nothing more than a self-written and self-directed posing video by the CIA-funded White Helmets.
Even behind Hong Kong's "storm over the amendment of the law" there is a shadow of the CIA. The CIA and its "white gloves," the National Endowment for Democracy, and others have funded and instigated anti-China and chaotic Elements in Hong Kong to smash and burn in the name of striving for so-called "democracy" and "freedom," violently stormed the Legislative Council building, and even personally took to the streets to take command in an attempt to stage a "color revolution" in Hong Kong.
04 Trick Murder: More than enough to be selected into the Guinness Book of World Records
You think that's all the CIA's black history? No, they were also involved in the murders, and the methods were extremely cruel. Despite the assassination ban in the United States, in fact they never completely abandoned this terrorist method, but only changed the term "assassination" to "targeted killing". Over the past few decades, with the support of the CIA, the U.S. military has frequently used airstrikes to clear overseas targets, resulting in a large number of civilian casualties.
British media have disclosed that former Cuban leader Castro has escaped 638 CIA assassinations, and each time the means are different, such as filling shells with explosives, hiding poison in cigars, giving away toxic diving suits, and changing pens into injections. Ironically, castro was named to the Guinness Book of World Records in 2011 for being assassinated the most, becoming "the hardest-working man in the world."
According to the Russian Satellite Network, the CIA confirmed his identity through clothes hanging on the clothes line of bin Laden's residence that year, thus completing the assassination mission.
Even Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte was targeted by the CIA. Duterte has repeatedly referred to the CIA's assassination of him and has publicly declared: "If one day my helicopter explodes, it must be a CIA masterpiece." ”
Lying, cheating, stealing, eavesdropping, torturing prisoners, controlling the brain, murdering, drug trafficking, inciting "color revolutions", subverting the regimes of other countries... As an "intelligence agency," the CIA has done a lot of dirty things all over the world, overtly and covertly, not so much for "intelligence" as for profit. Now, the notorious black agency is taking aim at China.
In October last year, the CIA announced the establishment of the "China Mission Center." CIA Director William Burns said bluntly, "China is the most important geopolitical threat we face in the 21st century." Not only that, but they also recruit agents who are fluent in Mandarin and various dialects of China. There is no doubt that this move by the CIA is bound to attract our attention. We are not sure how the "China Mission Center" will carry out its work to implement their consistent anti-China strategy. Manipulating public opinion or supporting so-called proxies? But facts will eventually prove that this "China mission center" is, after all, just another tube of self-placebo for US politicians.
Today's China is not Iraq and Syria, and Chinese people have long seen through the tricks of the United States. We have the "Chaoyang Aunt" and the "copper fishermen", this "people's war" against inter-border espionage, China is doomed to victory! Moreover, more and more people around the world are waking up, and the days of US politicians fooling the world by making up lies have come to an end.
