On January 15, the 100-meter-long section of Wulichong Interchange and Wulichong Road (between the cover bridge and the railway bridge of Yan'an South Road) in Guiyang City began semi-closed construction due to urban pipeline construction and road cavity grouting repair. It is understood that when the construction party implemented the pipe jacking project of the source control and interception project, it was found that there was a hole in the road section, and the size of the hole was about 2m×4m×4m. Ground detection using geological radar and seismic scattering wave method found a cavity near the jacking tube at a deep level (8-14 m below the surface). This section of the road is the main road in Guiyang City, with a large traffic flow, and it is necessary to grout and consolidate the deep holes found to ensure the safety of the road.

Due to the urgent repair of the complex construction, after receiving the application of the construction unit, the relevant departments of the Guiyang Public Security Traffic Management Bureau and the relevant person in charge of the Nanming traffic police who are in charge of Wulichong Road have repeatedly gone to the scene to investigate and demonstrate, and coordinated the construction party to optimize and adjust the proposed plan many times, and finally decided to demolish the green belt in the road to build an auxiliary road to ensure that there are three lanes in and out of the city during the construction period, and the traffic efficiency is not reduced.
Construction location
Emergency repairs require one lane in each direction in and out of the city. Starting from the 15th, the construction of the out-of-town direction will be carried out first, and then the construction will be carried out in the direction of the city after the top pipe is completed. The original 3-lane drive out of the city was 3.3 meters wide and 2.5 meters wide for construction, and after borrowing a green belt with a width of 1.6 meters, the out-of-town direction still maintained 3 lanes of traffic during the construction period, but the width of each lane was reduced to 3 meters. The original width of each lane into the city was 3 meters, and the width of the construction occupation road was 2.1 meters, but during the construction period, 3 lanes of traffic were maintained, and the width of each lane was optimized to be 2.8 meters.

Each lane is divided into three constructions, each construction time is 2 days, each occupation length is 10 meters, and the total occupation time is 48 days. The construction area is surrounded by water codes, relevant safety warning signs are placed at the same time, and traffic coordinators are arranged to conduct traffic diversion, and it is expected that the original lane traffic of Wuli Chong Road will be restored after the completion of the emergency repair work in March.
At present, the third squadron of the Nanming traffic police has reasonably arranged police forces to carry out traffic diversion, deal with traffic accidents and faulty vehicles in a timely manner, and try to ensure the smooth flow of the road.
